Debora Foglia
Debora Foglia, a talented attorney with a strong academic background, holding a bachelor's and master's degree in law from the University of Basel, joined the company as Legal Counsel of Swiss Rockets AG and its subsidiary companies in January 2023. Before joining Swiss Rockets AG, Debora worked as an associate at a major business law firm in Zurich, Baker McKenzie, and brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations and more.
Jörg Honegger
Jörg Honegger, a highly experienced attorney with over 30 years of practical legal experience in consulting and litigation, has been serving as interim General Counsel of Swiss Rockets Incubator AG and its subsidiary companies on a mandate basis since October 2022. Jörg is a co-founder and partner at Honegger & Meyer Partner, a successful law office in Basel, where he focuses on several key areas in private and commercial law, advising private clients, a family office and SMEs. He is a board member of several Swiss Foundations and has published in civil procedure, family and inheritance, labor, foundation and entertainment law.
Beat Ritschard
Beat Ritschard, a skilled senior executive with over 35 years of experience in the pharma and biotech industry, recently joined Swiss Rockets as Head of Financial Planning & Controlling, overseeing budgeting, controlling, planning, and other strategic projects. Beat has held various international senior management positions in finance, commercial, marketing, and business operations throughout his career. He has a proven track record of driving results, improving financial performance, and implementing strategic initiatives that have helped organizations grow and succeed. Before joining Swiss Rockets, Beat was with CSL-Vifor Pharma, heading the European Product Allocation System, International Business operations, and the Latin American Region. Before that, Beat was the CCO of Berna Biotech, a global player in the vaccine industry. For the first 16 years of his professional career, Beat worked in various finance and business roles for Hoffmann-La Roche, including the CFO function of an affiliate and heading a business unit in one of the big European markets. Beat holds a degree in Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
